Owner, Personal Trainer

Nicole Rockey

Welcome. I'm Nicole Rockey, owner of RockeyFit Elite Training Facility. RockeyFit grew out of an early background in athletics and years of hands-on coaching — and out of a simple belief: people do not need another cookie-cutter program, they need a coach who pays attention.

That is why every client here starts with a real consultation, a movement assessment, and a plan written for their body. Some of our clients are training for their first half marathon in their fifties. Some are rebuilding strength around chronic pain. Some just want to feel capable again. All of them get coached, not counted.

Our team shares that standard. Whether you train 1-on-1 or in a group capped at nine, a coach is watching your reps, adjusting your loads, and cheering you on — and finishing every session with encouragement, stretching, and something to take with you.

The team behind your results

Martha Norton

Personal Trainer

Martha started her fitness journey just like anyone else — constantly wondering if she was doing the right exercises and more focused on her anxiety than the actual workout. The biggest barrier was not knowing what to do once she finally made it to the gym: the machines, the noises, and the people all felt overwhelming.

It wasn't until Martha began working with a certified personal trainer that she started to see real results. With knowledge came confidence — and now her goal is to help the people who feel the same way she once did. No matter where someone is starting, Martha meets them right where they are.

Martha coaches Personal Training and Small Group Training at RockeyFit, and she can't wait to work with you.

Casey Fiebelkorn

Personal Trainer

Casey's journey at RockeyFit began as a client, looking for a way to reconnect with herself during the early days of motherhood. What started as a weekly hour of "me time" quickly became a growing appreciation for the strength, confidence, and community she found in the gym.

After more than 10 years in the corporate world, Casey made the leap to become a certified personal trainer — trading computer screens and spreadsheets for barbells and kettlebells.

Casey believes strength training is about more than building muscle: it builds confidence, resilience, and trust in yourself. Progress comes from consistency, not perfection — and her goal is to help you build strength that carries beyond the gym.

How we coach

Our training principles

Assess before you program

Health history, movement screening, and an honest conversation about what has stopped you before. The plan comes after we understand the person.

Strength is the foundation

Progressive overload across all the major movement patterns, supported by mobility, speed, and power work — the qualities that keep you capable as you age.

Adjust, never push through pain

If a movement hurts, we swap it on the spot. Training around limitations is a skill our coaches practice daily.

Coach the whole person

Nutrition, sleep, stress, and consistency matter as much as the session. Clients get encouragement and accountability, not a scoreboard.

The facility

A private facility, not a crowded box gym

Our facility at 7040 South Abbott Rd., Unit 200 in Hamburg is set up for coached training: racks, free weights, turf, sleds, and conditioning equipment, with sessions small enough that you never wait for a station. Clients regularly describe it as welcoming from the first minute — no matter their age, ability, or experience level.
